We are looking for a National Account Manager in our sales organization. We are looking for a National Account Manager to support accounts within our portfolio, and seek new business development. On the Naterra Sales Team you will be able to own and influence the relationship with some of our top retailers like Walmart, Target, Ulta & Amazon. You will be a valuable team member that supports the organization experimenting with assortment, data analysis, and the development of promotional strategy. This role presents an opportunity to collaborate and grow within the organization.
The primary function of the Data Coordinator at Naterra is analyzing and reporting Naterra’s internal sales data and external market trends in the beauty and baby care industry. In particular, the Data Coordinator will data mine retailer specific data (i.e.: Retail Link, Partners Online, Vendor Extranet), market data (i.e., IRI and Nielsen) and internal sales performance data. Data elements under the Data Coordinator’s purview include but are not limited to sales, market share, pricing, distribution, sales velocity, new item launches, etc. The Data Coordinator will analyze the data elements and communicate critical issues and actionable opportunities to the sales and marketing team for the purpose of revenue generation.
The IT Support Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for completing assigned daily tasks while managing and resolving urgent issues reported through the ticket management system of Naterra’s MSP. Additionally, the IT Support Manager is responsible for working with Naterra’s MSP to ensure databases (ranging from Excel to SQL) run efficiently and perform optimally. The IT Support Manager studies, learns, designs, implements, monitors, and improves hardware, software, and databases currently used throughout the company and those the network will adopt. The Manager supports other team members as needed to ensure the department is achieving all objectives as a unit.
