The Order Processor/Allocation Specialist will work to create, manage, operate and execute initiatives related to Total Order Management. They must coordinate resources, establish deadlines, and track the progress of every Purchase Order (PO) processing until completion and payment is received. Must be able to build working relationships with internal team members, vendors, freight forwarders, agents, logistic partners and most important with the customer (Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors). The main focus will be conducting the Total Order Management cycle to ensure that our systems, processes, and procedures are in-compliance and guaranteeing a very efficient customer service experience. They must understand the capabilities and functions of each system and process.
The IT Manager monitors and improves hardware, software, and databases used throughout the company. The IT Manager will provide effective technical support service to the Naterra team. Additionally, the IT Manager will manage a budget for software and hardware expenses to support the company. This position requires Full-Time support including after-hours occasionally and as needed.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
The Inventory Purchaser will work to create, manage and execute initiatives related to the various inventory requirements of the company. Inventory Purchaser reports directly to Naterra’s Controller. The Inventory Purchaser must coordinate resources, establish deadlines, and track the progress of projects until completion. Must be able to build working relationships with team members and vendors. The main focus will be reducing inventory to 8 weeks supply while maintaining 100% SKU availability to ensure that our inventory can handle day-to-day sales orders.
